Our MISSION
Our mission is to encourage, motivate, and support individuals and families to achieve self-sufficiency and self-improvement. We operate the Haven House, a transitional supportive housing program for homeless women and children and the Haven Apartments, a permanent supportive housing program for disabled, homeless women and children. AFSS receives state DHS funding to provide supportive services to individuals and families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness residing at the Haven House, Haven Apartments, and King’s Court.
